バックグラウンド Background
はじめまして、横山開斗と申します。立教大学社会学部の3年生で、2027年3月に卒業予定です。東京都出身ですが、大学2年の終わりから1年間オーストラリアにワーキングホリデーで滞在していました。これまでに30か国以上を旅しており、多様な文化や人々との出会いを大切にしています。
Nice to meet you! My name is Haruto Yokoyama. I am a third-year student at Rikkyo University, majoring in Sociology, and I’m expected to graduate in March 2027. I’m originally from Tokyo, but I spent a year in Australia on a working holiday at the end of my second year. I’ve traveled to over 30 countries so far, and I deeply value meeting people from diverse backgrounds.

大学では「メディアとコミュニケーション」をテーマに学んでいます。また、実践的な経験を重視し、人材系ベンチャー企業での長期インターンやマーケティング会社での活動を通じて、営業力や企画力を磨いてきました。行動力と好奇心が自分の強みです。
At university, I focus on media and communication within the field of sociology. Outside the classroom, I’ve been actively involved in internships—one in a recruiting startup, and another in a marketing firm. These experiences have helped me develop practical skills like sales, planning, and team leadership. I’d say my strengths are curiosity and the courage to take initiative.
インターンシップを始めたきっかけ Motivation to start this internship
私はこれまでの旅や留学経験を通して、多様な人々と関わることの面白さや学びの深さを実感してきました。このインターンでは、自分の国際的な経験を活かして、グローバルな視点から価値を提供したいと思ったからです。
Through my travel and study abroad experiences, I’ve come to truly appreciate the value of connecting with people from different cultures. I decided to join this internship because I wanted to apply my international perspective and contribute in a meaningful, globally-minded way.
インターンの目標 Goals in this internship
このインターンを通じて、実際のビジネスの現場での動きを学びながら、自分のアイデアを提案・実践する力を高めたいです。また、グローバルに通用するビジネスコミュニケーション力を養いたいと考えています。
Through this internship, I aim to learn how businesses operate in real-life situations, while also improving my ability to propose and implement ideas. I also hope to strengthen my business communication skills in a global context.

私は「人と人とのつながり」や「多様性のある働き方」に強く興味があります。将来的には国境を越えて活躍できるようなキャリアを築きたいと思っています。
I’m passionate about human connection and diverse ways of working. In the future, I want to build a career that allows me to work across borders and bring people together.

多様な価値観を尊重し合いながら、協働を生み出せる社会づくりに貢献したいです。自分の言葉と行動で誰かの背中を押せるような存在になりたいです。
I hope to contribute to a society where diverse values are embraced, and people can collaborate openly. My vision is to become someone whose words and actions inspire and empower others.
